Good morning everyone! I'm here to bring you some amazing inspiration using Lynn's new Victory Street Mini Kit that is new in the store at The Lilypad this week. I'm sure you'll agree that the contents of this kit, while beautifully British, are very versatile and can be used to tell a whole host of stories and memories that you may wish to document.
Here's the subject kit... isn't it glorious?!
Let's take a look at how some of the Creative Team were inspired by Victory Street.
The London Eye features on Lorry's page, That is Simply Fabulous, complete with the tradition grey skies that we frequently experience here in the UK! I love the composition of the photo and just look at that yummy looking dessert! I love the structure of the page and the little London postage stamp and the label strip are the perfect finishing touches.
I love the story behind EllenB's page, So British, below which is explained beautifully in the journaling. Ellen's also incorporated a brush from Take a Twirl (also new in the store this week) and cleverly made the banner from Victory Street part of the twirl and together with the white space, this page is delightful!
Donna was inspired to record a trip itinerary and using the stonewall paper from Victory Street, it could easily be a poster advertising the trip! I love that Donn'a made the printed detail the focal point of her page with minimal embellishment. I wonder if Donna has any room in her suitcase for a stowaway...?!
Zinzilah has made fabulous use of a patterned paper from Victory Street on this fun page. A very striking page design with fun photographs very characteristic of the UK and great placement of the large flag and the Prince Charming flair that are both included in Victory Street.
